Plans for 67th Annual Robbins Farmers Day
August 4th, 5th, and 6th  2022

Dear Interested Participants,

Important Please Read
It's time to make plans for the 67th Annual Robbins Farmers Day Festival. To all past participants, we would like to thank you for your involvement in the previous Farmers Day. To make our festival more enjoyable for everyone, we would like to provide a variety of food and crafts throughout the entire festival. In order to do this, we are requiring all vendors to attend the entire festival, which includes Friday beginning at 6:00pm, and the entire day Saturday. If you have questions regarding this matter, please contact us at the above address or e-mail me at: Over 30,000 people attend every year. Many more improvements have been made for this year's Farmers Day, including new entertainment and attractions that will attract more people. Every Farmers Day we are seeing new vendors and larger crowds. We are expecting even a larger crowd this coming year. Don't miss out! We look forward to seeing you!

The following are the Vendor Registration Rules

  • Vendor Spaces-see Vendor Map
  • Food Vendor (10x20) = $275.00 must supply own fire extinguisher
  • Arts & Crafts Vendor (10x20) = $80.00
  • Commercial vendors (10x20) = $250.00
  • Returning vendors must submit form and payment by June 1st to hold previous space

The Vendor Spaces are all on pavement, on Middleton Street, and in the Fidelity Bank parking lot. Electricity will be available to limited spaces (additional $50.00 fee). Also, for electrical provided spaces you will need your own drop card. Let us know the amperage needed.

  1. There will be limited spaces available and limited identical vendors.
  2. Hamburger and barbeque vendors prohibited
  3. Sale of firecrackers, noisemakers, (I.E. Poppers, noisy products that could spook horses), sale of difficult to clean up items (stringy foam, etc.) is prohibited. We reserve the right to prohibit the sale of anything inappropriate for the festival.
  4. No rain dates. Fees nonrefundable. Come prepared for possible rain.
  5. Set up times - Friday 6:00pm - 12:00 midnight, Saturday 8:00am - 12 midnight. Vendors must set up for entire festival.
  6. Vendors Pre-registration - We will be pre-assigning spaces again this year. Contact Jenna Hussey, Vendor Coordinator at 910-975-6575 for your space assignment.
  7. NO generators allowed. Power is available for a fee. (See Registration Form)
  8. Vendors may start setting up Friday after 4:00 pm that is the time the streets will be closed.

For the newcomers, Friday evening events include street dances, a country music show, clogging, square dancing, and a carnival type atmosphere where 10,000 plus enjoy all the activities. Saturday events start early, highlighted by The 67th Farmers Day Parade with hundreds of horses and wagons which are enjoyed by 20,000 plus, with an afternoon and evening of special events.
